The property has great potential - approx. 6 Acres of mature hardwoods on the Western side and the remaining acreage is a working hay field. There's a water distributor for watering the field to promote production. You're greeted at the access gate on St. Ambrose Church Road by a very large live Oaks. The access road winds through the 6 Acres of large trees where there are several great choices for home sites. There's a large 6-Stall Pole Barn in the North-West corner and a 4 artesian well and pump system in the North-Center and a Chicken Coop. The entire perimeter has great drainage in place. The area is attracting upscale homes, farms and ranches. This is a beautiful Parcel with lots of potential. Ideally, it could be a great horse property since it contains a working Hay Field, Pole Barn and Artesian Well & Power. The entire site has a series of drainage ditches around its perimeter so it's well drained. Close to the River and close to St. Augustine (roughly 20 minutes). Within 15 minutes to Publix and less to I-95. Few properties come up for sale on St. Ambrose Church Road - it's a premier location in the Elkton area!
